A RM merger into this looks possible. If the previous CEO wants $2M he will get it, and if not in cash it will be in some other form. Can't argue for someone giving their time, especially if you have a patent on a drug or deliver system for a drug. Either way, this will take a little time to play out...but business is still being done under Lewis and Clark.
