A merger is possible, but they have issues and i´m not sure about it.
Previous ceo wants also $2m+ from the company. There is no lawsuit, but this could be a problem.

I would think if there is a good plan they would not dilute at this level in a moment there are no filings and news, but sometimes there are agreements and they cannot control it.

They dilute a 10m o/s stock at .02 after reverse split just 1 1/2 years ago and after merger closed months ago.

If we would get at least the share structure from transfer agent, but this was also not possible.
