Simple...as an OTC non-reporting pink sheet they will NEVER have access to the capital required to make one work. They will be able to get a limited production run of some number of phones for pumping purposes....but not much beyond that.
No non-reporting pink sheet has EVER been able to produce any commercial success regardless of the product: And if the many “beverage scams” couldn’t make it work...it won’t work for cell phone either.
This is confirmation bias to the extreme, for every 1 company you can recall that went from rags to riches there are 10,000 more that failed miserably.
