If that is the path they are taking the manufacturer is no longer an important question.

They would simply be buying an EXISTING white phone from a Chinese OEM manufacturer...slapping a Utopya logo on it and promoting and selling it as their own.

This would be the “cell phone” version of so many OTC beverage scams...it would put ANDI right in the same class.

They could literally buy 25 phones and spend a year or two making it look like have something real...until a lack of meaningful sales starts to reveal the reality.

It looks like CNOEM is a middleman to connect buyers with OEMs... not the manufacturer themselves. So they're not the answer.
