Ive had fun with ARCA, if you want to buy shares with arca on the ask a high spread and low volume. Put your bid in, and add a small sell for some shares you hold for one tick less than ARCA, they will beat your ask, one tick at a time, til your your buy order fills by them at a lower bid.
Just some fun on low volume days.
