Like you, I'm thinking there could also be a requirement to have distracted driving offenders cars outfitted with a device that does not allow them to use their phone when driving.

There are many distracted driving apps/devices, but only one that is tamper proof and can be monitored by an administrator (the probation officer in this scenario). bSafeMobile would be a perfect and obvious choice if this were to become law.

Tamper proof is the key. And that means ONCI has a big leg up on the competition.
