I guess that could be but doesn't seem like that kind of mistake would be made on a 15Mil trade. But it is all speculation for both of us, right?

The bid and ask were so close at that point, and that trade so large, it makes me wonder if it was actually a buy, but the ticker system got confused by the way that the prices fell (that happens a lot).

As far as the ticking up afterwards.. who knows!

Heck, as we all know, stocks are just a different form of gambling....

and the OTC is even more of a gamble....

Just like different games in the casinos have different odds of winning.
