Did he say if the 8k would include a complete rundown of Bridgeport's financials, the balance sheet, revenue and cash flow statements, etc? That's the biggy in showing what FLSR is worth.

I strongly disagree. The convertible FLASR notes probably went from near face plus accrued up the ying yang to pennies on the dollar. The holders of these notes are stuck.
