I think so. Being dark gives NEAH the ability to hide many things.

It could be NEAH or Summit/Sierra, or one of the other dilutive financiers.

Another question is who is buying these at these high volumes.

Is it all retail or could one of the larger investors be buying retail at a discount compared to the private placements?

Something definitely smells off.
