Its everyones sole decision-- I was there in 2008 when it ran to 016 run- and all runs since. I even bought over .01.
I always buy lots of triple zeroes on Pinks when they dip....and then wait... thats my strategy on Pinks...not for everybody. My everage currently is about .0003 on $GRDO.
