$MIKP shareholders-- we are moving forward with a plan of action that we hope will effect a return to pink sheets as a fully reporting pink. We have engaged a consultant for filing of a Reg A II filing and once effective, we will proceed with a 211. We will be putting out details via press release soon. thank you!
