You can still get shares- just bought 290,000 to even out one account.
Probably get another 500,000 for another account shortly. But I think the real cheapies are gone. Been waiting on some for a while-hasnt been any, and I think this Comcast guy has to spill the beans for them finally. Comcast is liable for triple damages if willful, only a settlement saves them from that. In the not too distant future, those being sued will stop listening to those not being sued and settle.
