How do you know this. You realize fingerprint sensors are turned on as an added security feature in the phone right? You don't see one on the screen in the video? Well that's because it's not enabled for the video.
It is also possible that they have not finalized the logo. You should read the PR thoroughly.

Nowhere does it say the phone is being sold.
Nowhere does it say the phone is finished.
Only that distribution partners can purchase. Do you have any idea how long the purchase process takes, the paperwork, logistics, deliveries, coordinated date of phone's release to the masses?
