If I am reading it correctly, does this mean that if nFuse gets above $4 a share they would qualify to uplist?

...Or second option, if we reach $18 million in revenue we would qualify? This would be using the articles qualifying factor of having an average of $6million in revenue for 3 years. $18m/3years = $6m/year.

I have seen so much conflicting data on the uplist requirements, and even the Listing Requirement sites seem to leave room for questions. I would welcome anyone to read the article from Blade$dream's post and comment.
