He might say that I talked to my legal VP and my legal VP in-turned got the confirmation from the vendors that it was all bogus. We paid the full the price for the gear so go and ask the vendors. Also, vendors have been subpoenaed by us (cable companies).
It seems that case is moving forward and so is the stock price. It is hurting some folks as they are probably unable to retake their "large" positions and even the bashing and disinformation are not helping them.
I haven't seen any large (3M+) trades, and once the new money starts pouring in, this will take off.
