IMO, absolutely. SAB member karye worked on the pet food being sold by stonyhill. And Andrey has GPS knowledge from his military days wich is applicable to mcig gigsoft company and obitx.

Here is w by the random partnership IMO. andrey approached Paul and says hey I want to go public I have several concepts but don't have the capital to get to where I want. So mcig days sorry however well help you go public after mcig saw there intentions beyond going public and gets 50M+ shares and then later buys 17M more for a 10% ownership meeting SEC requirements and to date has not sold any shares. And it's my opinion omni has a silent partner with capital I think that's were there at and march started the R&D for the euro partnership.

The mcig nyacres organic farm certfication and celebrity brands NYC location is not coincidence that's something TBA has to be...

mCig is also gearing up to produce CBD pain meds. From today's mCig PR...

mCig, Inc. CEO Announces Shareholder Update Letter; Outlines Company Strategy for 2018

The plan for the HEMP division is straightforward. The company will make its own line of products using a developed oil under the supervision of its Director Of Research Development Dr. Arkady Uryash.

These products include:

1.) CBD pain relief cream
2.) Skin/coat care and wellness products for Pets
3.) Anti-aging and Active-aging creams with an improved formulation including Hemp Cannabidiol and Terpene components

MCIG management believes these new products will make this division one of the strongest revenue generators for the company. Recent tests with the new pain cream have displayed positive results leading to tremendous interest. This interest has translated into pre-orders placed by those waiting for the commercialization of the products.

I suspect they may be working with Omni on these projects but don't know that for sure.

I doubt there is any connection, but that all 3 entities want people to think there is.

First of all, MCIG has a strong history of failures.

They were supposed to:
1) engineer a CO2 Extractor with Snody. They FAILED.
2) to build a hemp cultivation and extraction site in Colorado; using Snody's CO2 extractor. They FAILED.
3) extract, manufacture, and sell thc and cbd oils. They FAILED.

It's more likely than not that OMHE was merely a way to enrich insiders using a bait and no execute mode.

With OMHE, they are 2 for 2 for FAILURES as an MDA type "agreement" with AmeriMark and MediCann....and are stuck with 5 shelves of CelebCream in a single pharmacy store in Hialeah, FL a ghetto.

Yet OMHE PRs, i.e., PRs that they'll sell ~$6 mil in celebcream?
Bait and no execute.

OMHE Revenues are now projected for as low as ~$2.8 Mil for the current FY; which ends in roughly 19 days.
