About 4-1/2 years ago, I posted on a message venue that I had a dream, that some day this stock would be recognized by “The Oracle of Omaha” (Warren Buffett) as being a high profit stock, thus being included in his portfolio of the worlds most highly valuable companies.

Mr. Buffett, in his scheme of things, has never met an Insurance Company that he didn’t like, as they are all companies with low overhead, and high volume with loads of money left over after they have met their mandated emergency $ minimum saved - those are the ones he buys or controls because he has plenty of money left over to purchase or control additional companies.

APDN could fit right in with this philosophy (but not now). Right now the Co. is fighting to be recognized by becoming profitable. So lets not count our money while sitting at the table – there’ll be plenty of time after the deal is done! We just have to wait and not get too greedy, too soon.
IMHO some day!

Remember, he and the management hold over half the shares of this company

APDN shares outstanding on February 5, 2018: 30,112,057

All APDN directors and officers as a group as of January 16, 2018 in proxy statement: 7,277,660 (or 21.41%)

Facts matter. There's not anything Hayward can do if someone wants to take over APDN.
