Foose - Sorry, I misinterpreted what Hayward said. What he said was that he and management were majority share holders. i.e.no other person or group of persons holds more shares then they. If considering selling the company, all shareholders get to vote, and management would have the biggest say. of course they could be overridden.
IMHO all this talk of selling is over-hyped and no consideration is given to it at this time!
