doubt that any judge is going to investigate any investor who put his own money into a company regarding their trading activities but will investigate someone who violated the trading agreement signed in 2005, getting gifted shares and trading those shares as the sp was pumped.

Currah is getting desperate and rightly so based upon history and totally diverting the time line of Dan's involvement in the company. Going to be a fun day when Currah/Keevil get their just reward and aren't allowed to affect honest shareholders ever again.

Still waiting for Currah to tell us how much of that pension fund was Dan's own money and where that pension money went when given to Currah/Keevil? All this noise about NY and Dan's sister is just that, noise that has nothing to do with fraud perpetuated by Currah/Keevil
