Dan speculated and traded SSRSR up and down promoting people, even though he had signed an NDA, that China was a 'done deal' and said Scott told him that; a falsehood, Dan's speciality.

It will be interesting to see Dan's trading record in the Ontario courts. And, assuming he testifies like he did in the NY DOL trial (where Dan got his ass handed to him) very, very funny.
