One of the various 'reporters' from the SHM mentioned that this would occur, and I still don't understand why these items weren't included in the original meeting. There was some comment about cost, but, again, I don't understand. Will be asking the company.
Is it not cool because they removed these matters from the first meeting to get through tat stuck1 SEC process or are there specific elements in this proxy which you find uncool? If so which parts?
