No one goes to jail in these otc scams. They simply keep pumping that things are coming (soon, forward looking, imminent, hopeful, etc) and people buy shares. When buying dries up because investors finally catch onto the pattern so does the company because the dilution faucet doesn’t work any longer. They then move onto the next scam.
