I mentioned earlier with Fidelity wire transfers are unsettled but funds are available for use immediately. And I haven’t had any probs trading OTC stocks either.
With eTrade if you change your account to a margin account they allow you to access the funds as soon as you initiate the transfer. You may want to ask your institution if you can do the same.
