Found the PR and video on Stockwatch:

The Company, in order to be able to achieve proper funding for its Passive Security Scan Project saw no alternative but to request a reverse split of its common stock.

With the stock now over a dollar, this will enable the company to attract large investors, especially since they reduced their debt. I think we will see good things happening with this company in the near future. Good luck to longs.
