Good question. I'm looking at at this way: I'm giving it 2-4 weeks for the following to occur (in my opinion only and with some hope):

* Audit submission, review, and final approval
* Uplist to OTCQB
* Dividend Spin-off!
* Institutional investors jump in - maybe take share price to a conservative .30 or more(?)
* And once Q3 reports, look out!!!

So I'm not going to fixate on the next few days. If this process hasn't made any progress in a month, then I may be concerned, but certainly not before then.
