Quoting a 10k is not an attempt to scare anyone. It is just that. READING A 10K. This is called DD in the stock trading world. He cannot legally give you much good info in those videos. The SEC on the other hand requires that a company file in truth. If not then their will be consequences. Revenue over expenses equals profit. Profit for company equals profit for shareholders.
