You inspired me to pull a few things out to summarize some of the conclusions from the report.

There's so much info, it's not easy to fully grasp just how good this report is for this development. I guess that has a lot to do with the $42M market value. So... got a summary to post (next post) that should help, showing some of the key points and conclusions regarding the market situation and outlook, over the coming 5 to 10 years as the report states.
