IMO - new 8k on April 20th, but I have seen others say July 12th. It might be a 10q not a 8k. This is all a guess, based on the assumption that PixelMags a private company is transitioning into a public company. A very different reporting structure, and might require them to adopt a new accounting principle. From what has been announced thus far, it looks like PixelMags is working with the SEC to meet standards, but has a bad habit of waiting until the last moment to put out info that is required. Down to the wire reporting.
