Statute of limitations and old news.
In the new America, companies use shareholders as ATM's, declare bankruptcy and repeat it all over again.
Either start your own business or be the one who gets fleeced.
"Fraud" and "Scam" now mean "business as usual", and "thanks for supporting us".
The "obvious truth" means "obvious wealth" for those who saw which way business ethics were heading in the 21st century.

"I am not blaming", "outright lying", you should be blaming, the man with the scam. Check the public filings on just how many $ MILLIONS was funneled and filtered thru this company. Still happening, just on a nickel and dime level.

Making a living from shareholders money, there is probably a patent registered on how to do this.

It was the only thing the man was ever good at, everything else was way overrated.

"Underestimate/Overdeliver"....hubris and ego.

Ah, the good old days, when the smell and scam was young. Wonder if the family trusts are still being plundered.

Wow wow and wow, that's all I can say. 2010 to 2018 - #1 priority turned into ZERO priority. Shareholder lost everything, some lost fortune in this fluffy promise.

Shareholder deserves the information weather they will get their money back or just become poor suckers.
