AS, the Authorized shares went down by 257 million. Aka dilution. Those shares are now in the Outstanding Shares.

That could have been the Series B Amendment we saw on March 28.

In Sep 2017 they claimed to have raised a couple of million at a higher valuation than the market price. Coincidentally the Outstanding went up by 200 million sh at that time.

If D'Couto is really selling to private investors at .01 to .02 then this could have been another capital raise.

I just hope it wasn't Summit and Sierra converting more Series B...I thought they were done.
