Thanks Jack. A very realistic and level-headed assessment of the current situation, and my feelings on it as well. Despite those nagging doubts that have been fed by all the manure here, I too will be voting my 3.3 million shares as a YES. The alternative of a reverse split is not a good one and would allow the manipulation to occur that much more. GLTA

I’m going to vote yes. I believe DC Vax works and Mgt will see this through to a successful conclusion for patients and shareholders.

I enjoyed reading your post. (I still think a "no" vote would push us much closer to insolvency.) Your reasons for voting "yes" seem persuasive as well.

Selling Cognate was a relief and more closely aligned (although not fully) Linda and Toucan with minority shareholders. But I will only vote in favor of the share increase after the publication of the pending article on the blinded results. Management has to make some case that they are creating value, not just diluting shareholders at their own whim, or to further make Toucan investors whole.

Voting "no" due to them remaining silent would force them to make a case for another vote, or make them act with more urgency to unblind and/or sell the company or enter into some form of joint venture based on those results. That's not necessarily a bad result.

I've thought that Linda should have been trying to sell this company for a long time, not because of what I don't know, but because of what I've observed. So there is a part of me that wonders that by voting yes on the share increase, this will just enable her to drag this on past what would be considered wise.

A great number of investors are worn out and anxious.....all of this is perfectly understandable and I’ve gone through many periods of questioning my investment choice. It’s human nature to fear what we don’t know or understand. It sows seeds of doubt which grow and grow

NWBO can and should clarify the journal situation and at least provide the maximum date by which publication will take place like “The forthcoming article has been approved and will be published before July 31, 2018 but due to commitments to the publication we can not elaborate further until after publication or further characterize the content.

If so much really does hinge on this article then the company should know by now when it will be published and if anything can pass the estimate in any letter to shareholders.

By management going on record, all NWBO investors will be confident that the article will come by a date certain and this would increase the chances of a Yes vote on the increase and since markets would be oblivious to anything short of the news itself, it would allow NWBO investors to be rewarded with a knowledge differential that would let them confidently average down.

This idea only works if the article is real and the failure of NWBO to take even this basic step to aid the nominal owners of the firm tells us that the article might be another white elephant like EAMS, HE, the “investigation” and the Swiss “Approval” that serves its purpose as a distracting sop to investors before being allowed to fade away before being replaced by the next supposed catalyst (catalyst being a word not even management apologists dare use in connection with NWBO anymore).
