Reply to goingforbroke2 - I'm fine. Not sure who you think I am. Who is Melissa? Yes Hugo Kotar and Christina Rao are nice folks. Hugo has had regulatory issues, etc. I have no idea regarding Christina's holdings. Last time I spoke to her in person was in early September last fall. I assume Bacchus was closed because Penny was walking a fine ethical line being a principal in public entities and servicing them with her private law firm. Plus according to one public issuer that used Bacchus - their legal services were terrible and unprofessional. This issuer fired Bacchus last summer. You might have me confused with one of the partners at Howe & Bay Financial (HJER) that has a girfriend named Melissa. I am not a partner at Howe & Bay Financial. The dots are starting to be connected, Mr. Kotor is a broker for securities, Did you do your DD on where he is currently employed?
I also wonder about - Echelon Partners (finance deal) are they still invested in "GLNNF" IMO its probably multiply private accounts, but who was/is the who?
How many shares are still held?
How many shares were sold?
Why doesn't this release go into more details on Hugo and Krystal (Kotar) Pineo. (I hate to throw my friends under the bus also)
Remember Penny still holds shares and option calls, She still has a lot of shares to sell so does Desmond!
Desmond did sell a lot of shares last fall, but no new house just yet, :)
Also answer me this question: Why do you just close the doors on a lucrative law firm? IMO - Most businesses making money have prospective buyers/mergers and are are sold at profit, (I hear foot steps) -
We need a release to fully address all current issues taking place at GLNNF, (Be Honest)
Glance please release data on how the business is growing/Actual making $$$, not how it can grow or branch out! FACTS-DETAIL
