Hugo has had regulatory issues, etc. I have no idea regarding Christina's holdings. Last time I spoke to her in person was in early September last fall. I assume Bacchus was closed because Penny was walking a fine ethical line being a principal in public entities and servicing them with her private law firm. Plus according to one public issuer that used Bacchus - their legal services were terrible and unprofessional. This issuer fired Bacchus last summer. You might have me confused with one of the partners at Howe & Bay Financial (HJER) that has a girfriend named Melissa. I am not a partner at Howe & Bay Financial.
