What is the purpose of having moderators if it isn't to remove post(ers) like goldmind? I support people giving whatever opinions they want but stating obvious lies without evidence shouldn't be tolerated. If he said "I believe Fern will eventually go bankrupt" that would be different then actually stating that they filed for it.
