Surely he doesn't have proof of that. But similarly, what proof do you have that Rossi is selling any? Please don't post things and claim them as "fact" (as you did) without being able to supply any proof of your claims. thanks.

Because as an officer of the company he would have to file a Form 4 reflecting a change in his holdings. Basic stuff dude....
