I don’t think it works that way anyhow. Can anyone confirm? When a company pays an insider shares they don’t transfer them to their individual trading account, right? Don’t they hold them in treasury? Aren’t their forms required for these shares to be sold?

heres proof...“During the period ended September 30, 2017, the Company issued 72,000,000 common shares of the Company to its CEO pursuant to the Company’s employee stock incentive plan at a deemed cost of $0.001 per share. The fair value of the common shares of $1,360,000 has been included as general and administrative expense during the period ended September 30, 2017.”
