OT: I would think filing an 8K would be a positive for the company. Its adds to the significance of the matter and attracts investors that comb the filing wires looking for positive events. SQUm needs volume.
They felt it was significant enough to issue a PR, it would have been a good 8K event. All they have to do is cut and paste the PR. Many companies do it. ESPECIALLY small companies
It's a nice PO for SQUM. I hope their relationship blossoms.
