Serious question? Why is it necessary to file an 8-K for an order? When the revenue is booked it will be reflected in the 10-Q. Sequiam received at $2.25 million order back in June for Biovault so this is not by far the largest order the company has received.

The order today with Cyberkey should be reflected in 4th quarter 10Q.

What makes you think it is necessary to file an 8-K everytime an order is placed?
