Latest financial report I can find is June of last year. Did I miss one. Looks like there at 20B shares outstanding, but I think I recall that there could be (significantly) more, maybe preferred stock?? Can anyone out there explain to me in simple terms how many shares are, or will be, out there and what other debt needs to be settled? Basically, assuming everything worked out better than expected and somehow biel goes from a $1B company, what would stock be worth? What would financials need to look like to achieve that value? Is that a realistic goal? Too high? Any real world examples of small companies with one line of products achieving that?
