That's not how i interpret it.

The tweet was a 2 part.

Email from auditors states (as it currently stands) that by the end of the upcoming week we should have the final updates to financials completed including the final review & approval including EQR approval. With a couple days cushion we've been given an April 6th date for filing



Part 1 March 24-March 29

Execute the following

-Final updates to financials completed
--Final review & approval including EQR approval.

SO BY THE 29th those documents are SIGNED OFF by RBSM.

Part 2 Easter Weekend (March 30-April 1)

If they need a couple day cushion, if the end of week 29th can't stand and they need i.e easter weekend... that's ok.. they can still meet the April 6 filing date.



But no! of course.. lets just push it into next week..

I believe most of us did not interpret it that way from the tweet. The majority here believes the 6th to be the final deadline. We still have 2 days. Let's do this Roger!

This is how I read it ... and I will still sleep fine over the weekend even if not out on the 6th because to me cushion means leeway.
