It is common decency, that if you are waiting on someone for whatever reason, they should tell you what and why you are waiting.. we have missed the greatest "Bull Market" in our lifetime, missed opportunities, by waiting for this saga to end , if it should be for naught we will have waisted 10 years of our lifetime.. it just is not fair...we have served a sentence, for a crime we did not commit...I get the impression that this new company is not anything like the "old WAMU" was...WAMU did not become a 100 year old company by treating their investors in this way... I got news for these jerks.. if they treat their new company investors as they have us, they will not raise one dime in the marketplace, and also there will be no loyalty to this company...Philip Morris executives would have chewed out any one messing with their stockholders, and eat them alive in the market...this company "will not defend its stock, nor its stockholders.... so to them, I say F.U..too Lodas
