Apparently you have done your DD.

The average per gram will
Be in the $7 range. That’s CHEAP!

I smoke regularly so that’s saying a lot. However you’re entitled to your opinion.

Dope Dealing is like Moon-Shine. Yes, you can get Moon-Shine if you "know somebody". But how many Dope Dealers do you personally know?

One of the main reasons why Canada is going Legal is to eliminate the Black Market that sells to KIDS.

I used to know "a guy" in Colorado that I would buy Cannabis from when I was out skiing. But he was always a hit or miss if he had some stuff to sell.

But now I just to the the dispensary and pick from 30 different strains and it is all super high quality. No more "dark alley" transactions this way.

You can keep drinking Moon-Shine from a still in the hills if you want. But I am going down to the local liqueur store and am going to pick-up a bottle of Maker's Mark. The Maker's Mark is GUARANTEED to be GOOD.

Sorry but I don’t know anyone that would risk jail and marijuana that could be tainted with pesticides and mold if they could buy certified, high quality marijuana legally.

Not everyone is "cool enough" to find a street dealer who wont rip them off, and who will actually "plug them" with a good price.

Not everyone feels safe going to the street dealer

Not everyone is willing to get caught going to a street dealer

Some users are business professionals, lawyers, cops, etc and will not engage in illegal activities

Some people will buy the stuff legally just to say they did...

and most people who buy street stuff, will AT SOME POINT still end up going to the legal stores

AND, when it becomes recreation ally legal, and street dealers are then stealing from the government tax revenue... the law will shut them down with harsher sentences (as well as broader options to charge the dealers with; eg tax evasion, stealing state revenues, etc.), or they will raise their prices because it won't be worth it to sell so cheap.... ultimately driving the buyer right back to the store.
