The person who answered the phone at KCC is probably a lowly clerk. All she knows right now is that PIERS is being paid and she can take care of address change.
We don't need to rush now but by the time that escrows are given LTI and getting paid then you need to call KCC to straighten out your mailing address and even the name of the recipient in case the original recipient has passed away and there is an inheritance now.
I hope that KCC will update their payment method because payment by check is like the 60s. Everyday I read somewhere about credit card theft and IRS tax fraud and theft of SS check. If your dishonest neighbor knows that you will receive hundreds of thousand or millions by check in the mail, he/she just needs to check your mailbox. It's like mailing a jackpot winning ticket by mail to the lottery office.
hotmeat, personally I took it as if you are a pier owner yes I'll take your new address. Since I was not, we don't need it because they will not be issued. If I was not at breakfast with a friend my next question would have been "are we going to receive LTI's? Some one else can call and try this if they want. JMO but I gathered we will not be issued LTI's because of her response. AGAIN I'm not a mind reader but IMO that's what I got from her response. gg4
