Yes a prototype is far from a $100m revenue producing smart phone company.

Comet Core Inc had a prototype for a phone too but it never made it to market.

I'm not exactly sure what a countdown to a reveal for the phones is supposed to prove.

As far as the Utopya story goes, revealing a prototype still doesn't get Utopya past stage one which is the stage they have been on for months.

Utopya already posted a picture of the phones way back in early January and have stated numerous times that they have prototypes.

They were supposed to be showing off the prototypes at the CES Conference way back in early January to attract contracts.

The phone has to work. It will have to be cost efficient to produce. It will have offer something to consumers that would make consumers want to choose that phone over the thousands of other smart phones on the market. Utopya will need contracts with manufacturers, distributors, retailers, etc. Utopya will need money to manufacture the phone.

There is just a lot of holes in the story at this point and a lot to prove.

But hey who doesn't like a count down clock from a penny stock. That goes right in line with all the other hype tactics used by ANDI/Utopya already.
