Trunk, in Huff's own words, the strat testing will take place in stairstep stages (tethered at a certain altitude, then untethered). IMO, most if not all of the systems were tested inside the hangar during the first 3 weeks of Sept. Now, they are outside doing tethered tests. Personally, I never expected a pr re the results of those tests until there is a significant test, say 4500 feet, and all I have read previously indicated testing would take place over several months.
If I were CEO, I would also hold back good news 'til after the delisting ordeal (knowing that there was a likelihood of not winning the appeal), plus outdoor strat testing had just begun at the time the appeal was being heard, the wait for the decision, etc.
