I thought the shelves were contracted at the end of 2017. Someone even said many would be filled with product. Some wondered if BIEL could fill them.

Good things supposedly have been falling in place and yet YOY sales
are down.

Absolutely. I jumped on board in 2013 and to say that it's more optimistic now than it was then is a gross understatement. I think a large part of it s is that I'm not as patient like I ought to be, haha.
