icgreen22, regardless, there's some sort of time that companies have to release material news, it might be three days, I really don't know, point being is that they're not breaking the law if it's held for a day or two...

Companies have to post pr's when the company has a material change. They do not have to post shorts, etc. that may move the stock alone. Stock price does not always indicate company worth as we have seen before (take usxp for ex). So Don knows a short exist - we know a short exists - where is the insider info?

He has pr'd the events that constitute a material change in the company and that is what is important.
