Agreed to a point rgo4, in that institutional accumulation from Canada's major banks will only become relevant post legalization, but when it does look out above right!

In the interim, both TD and BMO have been providing banking services and accounts to over a couple of dozen Canadian based MJ companies and CIBC led a $20M offering last spring for MedReleaf Corp so Canada's banking institutions are already on the Canadian reefer madness train, it's just nowhere near as big yet as it's gonna get post legalization.

Here in Ontario for example the Ontario govt is already telling us that they anticipate booking $100M in revenue per annum by 2020 from MJ sales in our liquor stores.

The USA banks are soon gonna be applying pressure on US congress alongside American based MJ companies once Canada goes full legal...but make no mistake about it Canada's gonna become the global MJ leader and America will forever be playing catchup while Canada's MJ companies are enjoying BILLIONS and BILLIONS of dollars over these next few years to the point that if congress ever does approve MJ at the federal level in the USA...all of Canada's MJ giants will just acquire any relevant American MJ companies that do come along and try to play catch up.

The USA is forever gonna regret allowing Canada to become the global MJ leader right haha
