I stated too many times It is all about execution and Rafael agrees that when no one knows about your product in one's peer group just having a better product is no guarantee to success especially when that peer group has a herd mentality. Also Rafael clearly stated that the VP is not the cure all that Bruce has touted to many shareholders over the years. So yes Bruce's Jedi mind trick did not work on Rafael. Good point!!!!

Bruce fails at execution over and over again over the past years. There are simply too many PRs to support this that never happened and also absolutely no follow thru why they did not go forward. The last one is the signing of major agreement by November 2 2017 and here we sit five months later and still no agreement and no explanation why not.
