db_ill_invest, your statement, "...This all could be explained by a SEC 'quiet period' before a buyout or partnership with a major partner (eg SAP, Oracle, etc) buying a major stake in the company..."

Question:
1. Big companies like Oracle/SAP like to buy companies that have patents. Does CKYS have any patents? Patents would quickly, and I mean very quickly, attract big buyers and especially if the company is gaining a large part of the market based on its patents.

2. Yes, it is true that CKYS has some inroads to the government. But, Oracle has larger contracts with the government and would not need CKYS as a way to get what they already have. However, Oracle's expertise is not biometrics or flash memory. I could see Oracle buying CKYS in order to gain a new market. But, Oracle and SAP are software database companies and do not sell or develop hardware applied products.

3. A company like Dell, Sony, or HP could buy them out. These companies already have contracts with the government. Plus, these companies are hardware companies and would fit into their companies well.

4. I doubt a buy-out of CKYS will happen soon because the CEO, Mr. Plant, seems to have many plans for growing the company. The company is making ground and money. We'll just have to wait and see how things workout. You never know!!!

For whatever its worth--CKYS the longs are standing with you--GO CKYS!!!

This is Just my opinion.
